hmm.. sunday i almosted travelled the whole singapore.. haha.. y??

morning went to jere's hse to keep him company until 12pm when he left for mahjong.. i returned hm n went out again wif yenting to pasir ris.. ngiap zi's hse.. then travelled dwn to tampines to meet leon for dinner.. then send leon back to pasir ris n meet marcus...

boy.. i found myself in a mass of green again.. *blur* oya... bump into jon lai... haha..

ah lai: "where u going now?"
mi: "walk ard then go hm loh..."
ah lai: "haiz.. n i m booking in... ... .... now...."

hahaha..... too bad... =p...

ok... that was sunday.... lets c.. monday was quite happy... y?? coz my boss went on course for the whole day... yay....

slacked the whole day sia.. proposely left alot of MCs dun key in 1st.. (wait until today then clear.. coz he is ard for the 1st half of the day...) hee...

met eileen for gym... ran a few laps.. did leg extension.. leg press.. tricep... abdominal... striding.. cycling.. sit-up.. all these in abt 2 hrs pluz..

wah... my back pain like !!!!! sia... my right knee oso starts to hurts again... i wan massage!!!.... *hint hint* =P
